linXwareŽ
is a family of products that promotes CRM by linking accounting
customers, sales history and products information into popular
contact manager and CRM packages. linXwareŽ provides scheduled
synchronization with key accounting information and statistics
selectable by a built-in mapping tool. Optional links are
available for detail sales history, order entry and debt
management.
From
the sales automation side the linXware product line provides
synchronization of ACCPAC data (customer statistics, detail
sales history, product information) to popular contact manager
packages to create new sales from existing customers. The
Sales History module can be used stand-alone to provide
an ODBC compliant data warehouse that is ACCPAC product
line independent ideal when migrating form Plus to Windows.
