I am very pleased with how First Direct handled my GoldMine Premium upgrade. Your assigned engineer, Jay, was very patient and informative, in spite of the challenge of upgrading from a very old version. I especially appreciate that your office checked back to make sure everything was working and that I was doing OK.

Without First Direct I’m not sure I’d still be using Goldmine, but with you I have yet to find a system as good as GoldMine.
The Goldmine Bootcamp was very informational. I learned quite a few techniques that I would love to implement on our Goldmine Database. Mary was very easy to listen to and kept me engaged during the whole presentation.
